Yesterday we celebrated a very special day: Papa Clark's 75th Birthday (belated)!! LTD really enjoyed sharing time with Papa & Grandma Clark who are on their way back home to ND from their winter home in TX. After church, we had a fattening brunch complete with Mimosas to celebrate. Dylan was SO excited about Papa's gift and just couldn't contain it any longer; he gave the secret away and blurted out what it was before the wrapping came off. It was a brand new fishing pole!! It was a really beautiful day so after pigging out, Grandma and I sat out on the deck and chatted while the kiddos wore Dad and Papa out at the park and on a bike ride. Of course a birthday wouldn't be complete without a birthday cake, candles and SONG. LTD didn't let Papa blow out even one candle!!! It was alot of fun and the kiddos were SO happy to share quality time with their grandparents. It's time we all cherish.
