First Day of Kindergarten

Yesterday was a BIG milestone at Camp Clark; LTD's first day of Kindergarten!!! It was a very joyful day.......for LTD anyway. They were ecstatic and super excited for their new school adventure. Mama Bear was a bit emotional after dad and I dropped off our cubs in their classroom and got them situated. I held back the river of tears because I knew Dave would laugh at me. I waited to get home, ran up to my office, and down came the rain. While I am very happy for LTD to be so energetic and positive about school, it's just a bit difficult closing another chapter in life and opening the next. It means our babes are growing up, much too fast I might add.

After they got home yesterday, they couldn't stop talking about their amazing day and how much they love their teacher, their new friends, their new school, etc. In fact, they didn't stop talking until 9pm last night!! (an hour past their bedtime/lights out). Below are a few photos as well as a brief video that capture the joy and excitement in their hearts.
