Sweet Friendship

Summertime is almost over and school is just around the corner so it was time to have a play date with some of our very favorite friends, the Erickson's. All six of our children are preparing to start Kindergarten next week so we had to get in one last "hoorah" which was super fun and fulfilling. Thank you, Nik!

We have supported each other for the last 5 years+ through great times, sad times and sometimes challenging times but what lies ahead next week is going to be one of the most emotional times....watching our babes go to school everyday and venturing out into the great unknown, without us! No more Mama Bears rushing in to our cubs' rescue and saving the day. It's just way too nostalgic to even write about without tears.

We are so grateful for our sweet friendship with the Erickson's! Thank you for blessing our lives in so many ways. As we left our play date, I shared a favorite quote of mine with LTD about making new friends in school, "make new friends, but keep the old. The new are silver, the old are gold". Erickson's, you will always be gold!!! Thank you for taking these wonderful photos and capturing the love our children share with one another.
