Before the 4th festivities, our family had a great time at the Dan Patch Days. Saturday night, the children had a slumber party and we headed over to the fest grounds to let them play on the inflatables and take in an outdoor concert, "The Dweebs" and fireworks afterwards. It was a beautiful night and we all had a super time. The next morning, LTD got to partake in their first parade: the girls rode in a truck (and walked too) with their dance team and Dylan biked for our school, Aspen Academy. They all enjoyed throwing out candy to all the kids and Dad and I were so proud. We had a great seat at an outdoor table at Buffalo Tap (our favorite local restaurant) and enjoyed lunch and ice cold soda. LTD had so much fun!
